PARENT RESPONSIBILITY AGREEMENT:

I , understand that during my participation in the online RIE Parent - Infant Guidance Classes, I will mainly be present online without my child intentionally on screen. I agree to not hold “Third Street BodyArts” (DBA of Elizabeth Memel) responsible for any ensuing happening.
